I have had three consultations with Dr. Mithali since February 2022 for treatment of a painful scar on the neck which was persistent over the past three years. Dr. Mithali explained to me the reason for the problem, and prescribed a suitable line of treatment. I have benefited from it, and much of the scar has now subsided. I believe that continued application of the prescribed medication will completely eliminate the infection. The overall consultation experience has been smooth, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Mithali to others seeking treatment for similar problems.

I had appointment of 11:15 but doctor took someone else's appointment. Had to wait for more than 40 mins. Hence, I Didn't take the consultation later. Doctor was busy taking her meals and delaying as much as she could.walking around for no reasons and testing patience.

Phi clinic is a great place to visit for your hair related issues and more important to boost your confidence. Well trained and experienced will always have a smile on their face and always give a great service in their respective roles. After my treatment it makes me happy and feel confident.

Doctor was good but PHI institute asked for 3000 bucks for removal of one small wart. Surprisingly it was not covered within consultation charges. I had similar stuff done earlier somewhere else at much lesser cost i.e.400 bucks.

It was disheartening experience. PHI institute could have maintained enough transparency in terms of cost involved.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sneha for the past three months now. I am undergoing laser hair removal and facial treatment with her. I am satisfied with the outcome of my treatments. I had a dark circles concern which has been treated very well. The staff is professional and has helped me understand my after care well.

Gem of a person she is. One of the rarest doctor who actually listen to you and explain you the problem and not in a hurry to see the next patient. Highly recommended.
